Job Summary

Lead Edenred's Taiwan IT organization by defining and executing a technology roadmap, driving AI transformation, and building an AI-first engineering capability across multiple squads. Partner with Global Technology and the Taiwan business to translate priorities into scalable technical solutions, ensure delivery excellence, and foster a high-performance, cross-cultural engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business and Group priorities, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
•Translate AI use cases into scalable solutions, industrialize AI from pilot to production, and build AI architecture and platforms.
•Transform development lifecycle to AI-First, deploy AI tools to improve productivity and quality, and build capabilities in AI-assisted development.
•Lead distributed engineering teams (~35 engineers) and drive talent development and a high-performance culture.
•Monitor and supervise IT activities and projects, develop a 3-year IT plan and annual budget, and manage IT expenditures and capacity planning to meet business growth

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
•15+ years of relevant work experience in international organizations interfacing with executives and leading IT teams
•Strong technology background with the ability to learn quickly and go deep into product solutions
•Strong AI user and advocate in the field of helping software development, product definition, architecture review and definition, code refactoring, etc.
•Proven ability to leverage AI to improve engineering productivity and product innovation
