Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business and Group priorities, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • •Translate AI use cases into scalable solutions, industrialize AI from pilot to production, and build AI architecture and platforms.
  • •Transform development lifecycle to AI-First, deploy AI tools to improve productivity and quality, and build capabilities in AI-assisted development.
  • •Lead distributed engineering teams (~35 engineers) and drive talent development and a high-performance culture.
  • •Monitor and supervise IT activities and projects, develop a 3-year IT plan and annual budget, and manage IT expenditures and capacity planning to meet business growth

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • •15+ years of relevant work experience in international organizations interfacing with executives and leading IT teams
  • •Strong technology background with the ability to learn quickly and go deep into product solutions
  • •Strong AI user and advocate in the field of helping software development, product definition, architecture review and definition, code refactoring, etc.
  • •Proven ability to leverage AI to improve engineering productivity and product innovation
