Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations and inventory tasks including cash wrap, transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), shipment receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays).
