Job Summary

Serve as a central point of contact for IT Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products and provide limited hardware and software services to a customer base. Based in Dulles, VA, you will maintain and use approved products lists, support continuous improvements through customer interactions, and coordinate with program management. This onsite role follows a Monday–Friday eight-hour schedule with varying hours from 08:00 to 18:30.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a central point of contact for IT Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products.
•Provide limited hardware and software services to a broad customer base.
•Maintain and utilize customer-approved products lists using technical judgment.
•Identify and execute opportunities for improvement for Raytheon program management based on customer interactions.
•Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance with a Poly, required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for clearance.
•Experience with supply chain management along with IT technical experience and customer service.
•Ability to maintain and utilize a customer-approved products list.
•Experience with technologies program management based on customer interactions (preferred).
