Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an embedded finance business partner to 1-2 functions, translating business plans into financial plans and constraints into tradeoffs.
  • •Build and pressure-test business cases for investments (e.g., product bets, sales and marketing, market expansion, headcount, vendor, or build-vs-buy) and track outcomes and unit economics.
  • •Run end-to-end planning and monthly forecasting, managing the operating budget with partner teams through monthly reviews and variance analysis.
  • •Own and continuously improve understanding of forecast drivers for your part of the business; help define relevant KPIs and work with Data to make them visible and trusted.
  • •Actively apply AI tools to drive faster insight, greater efficiency, and smarter decision-making while shaping how the Finance team works.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience, ideally blending Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital with a highly analytical Strategic Finance role in a fast-growing tech company.
  • •Experience owning the numbers or serving as a critical financial partner to a fast-growing business or product line.
  • •Capability to embed with business partners, earn trust quickly, and translate financial analysis into decisions that sharpen strategy and drive results.
  • •Ability to structure and lead through ambiguity by seeking context, solving open-ended problems, and staying flexible as priorities shift.
  • •Clear communication of complex insights to both finance and business partners, tailoring the message to the audience.
