Job Summary

Drive earned value progress measurement for engineering and construction work, consolidating, analyzing, reconciling, and reporting project performance. Align progress to schedule and cost forecasting for the Hermosa Taylor project, including variance analysis of hours, quantities, and KPIs. Produce weekly and monthly reporting, support change management with key quantity and performance data, and ensure contractor progress reporting complies with EVM methodologies while improving forecasting practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver earned value measurement and reporting by consolidating, analyzing, and reconciling engineering and construction progress.
•Maintain alignment of earned value progress to schedule and cost forecasting, including analysis of quantities, hours, and key performance metrics.
•Gather and integrate Owner and contractor progress data into a single data source aligned to plan, actual, and forecast across work fronts.
•Produce detailed variance analysis and support forecasting and change management by identifying performance risks and compiling key quantity data.
•Generate and maintain accurate weekly and monthly progress reporting, presentations, and ensure contractor reporting compliance with EVM methodologies while improving progress reporting and forecasting methods.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, Construction, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
•Certification from AACE or PMI (or another relevant professional body).
•Minimum of five (5) years of construction or mining industry schedule experience.
•Experience with sustainable project control including schedule, planning, cost management, progress measurement, and change management.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferred experience with Prism G2 and Primavera P6.
