Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver earned value measurement and reporting by consolidating, analyzing, and reconciling engineering and construction progress.
  • •Maintain alignment of earned value progress to schedule and cost forecasting, including analysis of quantities, hours, and key performance metrics.
  • •Gather and integrate Owner and contractor progress data into a single data source aligned to plan, actual, and forecast across work fronts.
  • •Produce detailed variance analysis and support forecasting and change management by identifying performance risks and compiling key quantity data.
  • •Generate and maintain accurate weekly and monthly progress reporting, presentations, and ensure contractor reporting compliance with EVM methodologies while improving progress reporting and forecasting methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, Construction, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Certification from AACE or PMI (or another relevant professional body).
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of construction or mining industry schedule experience.
  • •Experience with sustainable project control including schedule, planning, cost management, progress measurement, and change management.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferred experience with Prism G2 and Primavera P6.
