Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, edit, and format executive correspondence, memoranda, reports, and PowerPoint materials; compile standard and ad hoc reports.
  • •Coordinate scheduling, logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes for leadership, sales, and cross-functional meetings, including quarterly and annual sales meetings.
  • •Manage travel reservations, training coordination, expense reporting, mail distribution, shipping (UPS/FedEx), and supply ordering.
  • •Maintain general and confidential files in accordance with Tyson policies and business needs.
