Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects to align budgets, schedules, and program goals.
  • •Drive standardization and best practices across cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting.
  • •Lead a team of cost managers covering monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change/risk management, pay application review, and client billing submissions.
  • •Assess overall cost and schedule health across an area/program, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early.
  • •Manage critical onsite vendor deliverables and support program-level governance through accurate, timely, consistent reporting.
