Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites to verify construction works progress and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Support Project Managers with client relations, responding to technical and contractual clarifications, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • •Support supervision teams with review of contractor work programs and submittals, including staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, and traffic management plans.
  • •Conduct requests-for-inspections and quality/HSSE inspections with the QA/QC and HSSE Engineers, identify issues, and monitor non-conformities action plans.
  • •Support hand-over and defects liability by contributing to commissioning reports, snag lists and rectifications, take-over/defect liability certificates, progress reports, and claim responses.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry in a top tier regional/multinational consultancy firm with expertise in construction site inspections.
  • •Experience conducting site inspections on large supervision sites, including work progress, quality, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English; strong attention to detail with good communication and organization skills.
