Serve as trusted legal advisor for APAC & Japan, managing commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Key Responsibilities

•Negotiate a diverse range of agreements, including NDAs, software/SaaS licenses, Professional Services SOWs, contractor, vendor and partnership contracts.
•Support Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with custom pricing, enterprise licensing agreements (ELAs), and complex deal structures.
•Draft and review all supporting bid documents, including partner authorizations, technical declarations, and country-specific certifications.
•Conduct legal risk assessments for large bids and draft commercially viable and persuasive exceptions to standard client terms.
•Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product and Security teams to ensure that bid commitments are operationally feasible.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
•Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a reputable university; admitted to the bar in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
•Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
