Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and manage relationships with stamping, extrusion, casting, thermal control, and adhesive suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
  • •Define and evaluate supplier performance using KPIs (quality, delivery reliability, cost-effectiveness) and drive corrective actions.
  • •Negotiate, review, and manage supplier contracts, monitoring compliance and addressing deviations with stakeholders.
  • •Forecast and support demand planning for cylindrical battery cell requirements, implementing inventory optimization to meet demand with minimal excess inventory.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment on commodity strategy and risk management, coordinating with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing across product development and industrialization.

Key Requirements
