Job Summary

Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of vendor partners within Deliveroo Hop’s Commercial team. Drive vendor growth and performance across revenue, margin, availability and in-app KPIs through joint business planning, trading and range strategy, and menu merchandising. Use data-led analysis and dashboards to track KPIs and deliver structured reporting, while coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of vendor accounts and act as the primary commercial contact.
•Lead joint business planning with vendors and run performance reviews across revenue, margin, availability and promotional performance.
•Own product selection, ranging and promotional planning, including pricing strategy and category growth via launches and seasonal activations.
•Manage in-menu merchandising and menu management content to maximise visibility, conversion and sales growth, and coordinate with Product/DME to resolve issues and implement campaigns.
•Drive data-led decision making using KPI dashboards and deliver structured internal and external reporting, translating insights into action plans.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years’ experience in buying, vendor management, account management, commercial roles or similar within grocery, food delivery or hospitality.
•Demonstrable experience managing external partners or accounts.
•Strong commercial negotiation skills and financial acumen.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
