Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, and automation supporting INPD, HR, and SHE domains.
  • •Translate business and functional requirements into maintainable, scalable software solutions aligned to sprint commitments.
  • •Implement and troubleshoot integrations across business platforms, enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, and data services, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • •Follow DevSecOps and quality standards across the development lifecycle, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and peer/code reviews.
  • •Provide Level 3 production support, perform root-cause analysis, maintain operational documentation, and improve platform stability.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience in platform, application development, or enterprise system integration.
  • •Proven experience owning and delivering business-critical applications and integrations.
  • •Experience delivering in Agile product teams with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar modern programming languages.
  • •Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, event-driven architectures, and preferably Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
