Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the delivery of small features and contribute to solving complex problems in moving money for international traders.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery for small to medium features impacting payments and collections, partnering with more senior team members.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs for owned features and report on product performance.
  • •Write clear user stories, resolve related queries, and support user research using feedback to derive insights.
  • •Understand the product’s basic architecture and technology stack, and communicate feature plans and results to cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field from a leading institution (e.g., UC3M, ICAI, UMA, Imperial, UCL, or equivalent).
  • •Strong interest in payments and how money moves globally.
  • •Curiosity and a desire to learn and make a difference.
  • •Demonstrated foundational understanding of end users (SMEs and entrepreneurs) and the market landscape.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with senior team members.
