Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial and management reporting including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, and statutory reporting.
  • •Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts, and management reports; perform and review revenue, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • •Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • •Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external advisors.
  • •Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify, and transform finance processes using AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics, and technology-enabled solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting, or finance transformation.
  • •Strong technical accounting, analytical, and reconciliation skills with experience across revenue, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP, BI, workflow automation, or financial systems is a plus.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance and ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification; strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data, and emerging finance technologies.
