Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for system and hardware development of AI acceleration-based systems from product definition to production, including board design, DFM, power regulation, bring-up, thermal, SI and EMI.
  • •Provide cross-functional technical leadership and communication within hardware engineering, architecture, customer, and program management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong board hardware design experience for AI acceleration systems.
  • •Experience with high-speed mixed-signal design techniques and CAD tools (Cadence Concept Capture, Allegro PCB).
  • •Proven ability to drive product development from concept to mass production and define product specifications.
  • •BOM management experience and ability to manage design to cost targets.
  • •Proficiency with scripting (Python, Bash, Perl) to streamline daily tasks and workflows.
