Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute enterprise data strategy aligned with business transformation, operational excellence, S/4 modernization, and AI priorities.
  • •Design and implement an enterprise-wide data governance framework with clear ownership, accountability, and stewardship models across data domains.
  • •Establish enterprise data quality standards, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards; drive root-cause resolution and governance at data creation.
  • •Lead enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and golden record creation, harmonizing and synchronizing master data across ERP, CRM, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing systems.
  • •Lead and develop a team of data governance, stewardship, master data, and data quality professionals; drive organizational change and adoption across stakeholders.

  • •12+ years of progressive experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics, Information Management, or Digital Transformation.
  • •5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance, master data management, or data quality programs.

  • •Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation programs.
