Hatchery Manager

Direct the hatchery operations to maximize chick quality and hatch rates while minimizing costs. Oversee egg receipt, traying, vaccination, grading, and placement of chicks; manage budgets and capital improvements; ensure safety, animal welfare, and quality assurance, and produce regular performance reports for leadership.
