Senior-level Principal Tech Lead for Lab49/ION, leading design and delivery of a structured products trading UI for finance clients. You will manage engineering deliverables, Architect and contribute hands-on, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and partner with clients to drive strategic tech solutions and growth across an interactive UI-focused engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and build of a structured products trading UI, managing engineering deliverables and coordinating with key contributors to deliver quality software.
•Design, document, and plan the technical implementation and delivery of working software into production.
•Act as a hands-on engineer and architect to support ongoing project work, leading projects and guiding other practices to ensure success.
•Partner with client counterparts to maintain and build relationships, contributing to expanding footprint and securing follow-on work.
•Contribute to the Interactive Practice by shaping UI development standards and collaborating with Lab49's UI engineering community; assist in developing management practices within the Engineering practice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building complex, commercial-grade software applications, with 5+ years leading Agile teams.
•A primary engineering skillset focused on delivering UIs for digital products.

•Experience designing holistic technical solutions, managing integrations with third party services and APIs, and deploying applications into production.
•Experience managing project teams and interacting with clients in finance, consulting, or start-up environments.
