Build and scale a talent development operating system for a hypergrowth India market, designing structured learning journeys, career pathways, and capability-building programs. Partner with regional and global leaders to translate business priorities into measurable solutions that improve retention, engagement, and performance. Own end-to-end program execution, develop manager training, shape onboarding experiences, and evaluate learning vendors for quality, ROI, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and establish a scalable talent development operating system aligned to business goals, including learning journeys, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives.
•Create talent development experiences that deepen capability, accelerate career growth, and improve retention and engagement through measurable impact.
•Develop learning and development solutions using a blend of digital, live, and experiential formats that are practical, engaging, and culturally resonant.
•Partner with regional and global leadership (including the VP of Talent Development) to identify India-specific talent needs and translate them into development strategies.
•Own end-to-end program management and execution, including measuring impact, communicating progress, developing manager training, and evaluating learning vendors and platforms.

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related people functions, with end-to-end ownership of talent development work.
•Track record designing and launching programs from the ground up, scaling talent development across functions or geographies.
•Expert in learning experience design—creating practical, engaging, and impactful learning experiences people want to participate in.
•Exceptional project and program management discipline; able to move work forward at pace with clear written and verbal communication.
•Strong stakeholder management and influence, with signal-over-noise judgment using data and talent insights to focus on business outcomes.
