Job Summary

Support and implement Finastra Fusion Loan IQ in a banking environment for Qatar. You’ll review business requirements (BRS), prepare test cases covering scope, perform test scope analysis and regression testing, and manage defect lifecycle with execution status reporting. The role includes understanding integration with core banking systems and aligning business requirement specifications with testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and prepare Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) for the scope.
•Prepare test cases covering all aspects of the scope based on business requirements.
•Perform test scope analysis and execute regression testing.
•Manage defect lifecycle and report execution status.
•Support system integration with core banking systems as part of the implementation/support work.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting and implementing banking industry systems, with at least 3 years in IT.
•2–3 years of experience supporting and implementing Fusion Loan IQ (Finastra).
•Experience reviewing and preparing Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and creating test cases for the full scope.
•Experience with defect lifecycle management, execution status reporting, test scope analysis, and regression testing.
