  • •Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for the FICC business and capital markets growth objectives.
  • •Partner directly with senior FICC executives to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
  • •Lead a large, geographically dispersed technology organization across application development, platform modernization, technology operations, architecture, and delivery execution.
  • •Drive transformation initiatives across electronic trading, pricing, execution, booking, risk management, surveillance, market data, and end-to-end trade lifecycle capabilities.
  • •Provide executive leadership for strategic platform decisions, including modernization efforts, third-party solutions, build-versus-buy evaluations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
