Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Fraud training across diverse Americas audiences using varied techniques and inclusive methods.
  • •Own shared measurement and attribution operations (L1–L3 tooling and L4 attribution cycles), ensuring clean pre-baseline/post-measurement comparisons and publishing results.
  • •Translate performance and QC/DA data into learning-needs insights and curriculum/delivery decisions.
  • •Manage regional training operations end-to-end, including schedules, rosters, onboarding/upskilling/refresher processes, and detailed attendance/feedback records.
  • •Run knowledge governance by maintaining the L&D↔KM link (versioning, review cycles, wikis, and updates) to ensure a single source of truth for content and operational knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: BRL 12,100 - 16,500 monthly
