Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and continuous improvement of compliance processes across governance, risk management, third-party management, conflicts of interest, gifts/entertainment submissions, monitoring, and digitalisation initiatives.
  • •Drive day-to-day compliance activities such as supplier screenings, gifts and entertainment submissions, and conflict of interest reviews with Compliance Specialist colleagues.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and work on optimisation projects together with Compliance Managers.
  • •Maintain and update training materials and deliver trainings for employees across corporate functions, production, and stores.
  • •Perform risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and monitor compliance to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of compliance experience, preferably in a global corporate environment.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • •Practical knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, supplier screening/KYC, and sanctions.
  • •Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to translate compliance theory into practical actions.
  • •Experience working as part of project teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
