Accounts Payable Specialist

Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are correctly coded, approved, and documented, and that payments are scheduled on time in line with vendor terms. Maintain and reconcile AP aging, support month-end close by reconciling AP and corporate credit cards, and act as the go-to point of contact for AP inquiries. Assist with audits by compiling internal control documentation and supporting auditor requests.
