Job Summary

Start in the Refrigeration Department supporting ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/MAU units by performing roof cleaning/washing, changing filters, and maintaining the roof area. Create maintenance notifications and work orders, and confirm time in SAP. Shadow Refrigeration Techs for training on the ammonia refrigeration system, complete refrigeration and general maintenance computer-based training, and follow safety/physical requirements while working scheduled shift and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Clean/wash ammonia refrigeration air units and HVAC/MAU units on the roof and change filters.
•Clean and maintain the roof area and support training by shadowing Refrigeration Techs on the ammonia refrigeration system.
•Create maintenance notifications and work orders, and confirm time into the SAP system.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Complete assigned refrigeration and general maintenance computer-based training and follow shift/overtime requirements.

Key Requirements

•Be able to work in hot/cold/wet environments and complete physical tasks including pushing/pulling/lifting over 40 lbs and climbing ladders above 10 feet.

•Pass a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical, be clean shaven for proper APR/SCBA fit, and be a member of the Plant Hazmat Team with annual recertification.
•Complete Refrigeration and General Maintenance computer-based training.
•Have 1 year of maintenance experience within the immediate past 2 years.
