Key Responsibilities

  • •Set design strategy across the full customer journey, treating physical unboxing, mobile app, web dashboard, and agentic AI voice check-ins as one coherent experience.
  • •Own outcomes past first activation, partnering with growth and PLG teams to drive adoption impact and value metrics.
  • •Continuously learn post-launch and improve launched design based on customer feedback and outcomes.
  • •Mock up full working prototypes quickly using modern AI development tools; demonstrate them to the team, customers in the ICP, and the CEO.
  • •Build the foundations for a growing design org, including a shared component language, a research/testing habit (especially with lower-tech-literacy and senior users), and documentation for non-designers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product design experience with meaningful senior ownership at real scale ($20M+ ARR), ideally not limited to seed/Series A complexity.
  • •Demonstrated design leadership and strategic influence as a peer to engineering and product leadership, including improving onboarding and activation for multi-surface products.
  • •World-class UI, UX, and user research skills with excellent taste.
  • •The judgment to operate as the design function today—setting priorities against company goals and clearly communicating decisions to non-design stakeholders.
  • •Ability to establish life-and-death level trust with product engineers and collaborate effectively to push design outcomes forward.
