Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash, global payables, controllership, and compliance for CleverTap’s multi-entity global structure. Run the global controllership algorithm and compliance calendar with zero missed timelines, lead AI-led automation across billing and collections, and partner with the CFO on treasury, tax, ESOP, and Reverse Flip restructuring. Deliver timely close, reporting, audits, and global tax planning, while managing ESOP/equity administration and MIS/board/investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations including invoicing, collections, overages, contract billing, and reconciliations
•Manage global payables including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and inter-company transactions across geographies
•Run global controllership and compliance activities including financial close, reporting, compliance tracking, and audit coordination
•Drive AI-led automation across billing, collections, customer queries, and payment workflows
•Partner with the CFO on treasury, tax, ESOP/equity management, and Reverse Flip restructuring, including transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in a global SaaS/technology company
•Hands-on ownership of order-to-cash and global payables operations at scale across multiple entities and geographies
•Demonstrated ownership of controllership activities including structured calendars, compliance tracking, and audit readiness
•Working knowledge of India and cross-border tax and regulatory frameworks: GST, TDS, RBI/FEMA, MCA, and withholding tax regimes
•Exposure to ESOP administration, cap table management, and business valuation coordination (409A / Rule 3(viii))
