Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop profitable new client relationships using centers of influence, existing clients, and referrals.
  • •Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
  • •Partner with internal product groups to create tailored relationship strategies and manage opportunities within bank risk appetite.
  • •Meet regularly with customers to strengthen trusted-advisor relationships and ensure business needs are met.
  • •Analyze financial information and monitor customer financial performance and credit exposure, partnering with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on credit requests.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of commercial banking experience and at least 5 years of sales experience (preferred).
  • •Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience (underwriting experience preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • •Proven ability to build new and existing client business and deliver a positive client experience.
  • •Strong business acumen with detailed analysis of financial statements and knowledge of commercial, treasury management, and alternative lending/financing options.
