•Identify customer needs and offer suitable parts solutions from inventory or ordering channels.
•Follow up on quotations, parts orders, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
•Monitor market trends and competitors’ pricing and availability to maintain competitiveness.
•Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper order fulfillment.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
•2-4 years experience in commercial vehicle parts sales (B2B or B2C)
•Strong knowledge of parts catalogs, EPC systems, and inventory software
•Valid UAE driving license (if field visits are part of the role)
•Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
