Operate machinery and help maintain production flow in a safe, Tyson-compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities

•Operate machinery and help maintain production flow while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Continuously move trailers in and out of the loading dock.
•Perform physical job tasks including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reaching.
•Work in seasonal outdoor conditions (hot/humid or cold/damp) and manage slippery surfaces as required by the role.
•Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures and complete duties for the C shift (10pm–6:30 Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays).

Key Requirements

•Experience moving any type of trailer.
•Current valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
•No DUI/DWIs in the last 12 months.
•Ability to stand or walk on hard floors 8–10 hours a day and climb in and out of trucks repeatedly.
•Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in hot, humid or cold, damp conditions with slippery surfaces.
