Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Operations Research.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to solve unstructured problems.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaboration ability across management levels.
  • •Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
  • •Working knowledge of HIVE, SAS, SQL, and Excel (Python is good to have), plus MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
