Own the global Hotels acquisition operations strategy, driving end-to-end funnel performance from lead generation through contract signed. Partner with regional sales leaders, marketing, product, tech, central analytics, and finance to optimize conversion, improve velocity, and scale what works across markets. Serve as the subject matter expert on acquisition levers, building models and insights, leading forecasting and quota setting, and designing incentive compensation to align behavior with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the global strategy for Hotels acquisition operations, aligning regional initiatives with global priorities.
•Own the Hotels acquisition funnel end-to-end, monitoring performance by stage, identifying drop-offs, and improving conversion and velocity.
•Partner with Hotels Onboarding to ensure a seamless acquisition-to-onboarding handoff, minimizing time to go-live.
•Design, manage, and evaluate sales incentive compensation programs, and own rep-level goal setting, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and capacity planning.
•Develop analytical models and insights from scratch and lead cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, product, analytics, and finance to support in-market execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 249,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth, global environment.
•Proven ability to own and optimize a complex, multi-stage global sales funnel with measurable impact on conversion and growth.
•Experience designing and managing incentive programs, quota setting, and forecasting in a sales or revenue operations context.
•Strong strategic and analytical skills, including translating complex performance data into actionable business insights.
•Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and CRM/performance management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
