Job Summary

Senior Analyst, Analytics & Metrics will lead data-driven talent insights for Mastercard’s People Operations & Insights team. You’ll be the first point of contact for recurring reporting, partner to create scalable dashboards, ensure data integrity across HR systems, and support BAU activities like performance management and talent reviews across global functions.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the first point of contact for recurring reporting and metrics requests from stakeholders across functions globally.
•Collaborate with People Analytics Consultants to identify opportunities for scalable reporting solutions and visualizations.
•Understand root queries and challenges for which data is requested, ensuring the delivered outputs are actionable.
•Validate and enforce data integrity in collaboration with Data Management & HR Systems teams.
•Provide reporting and program management support for BAU activities such as annual performance management, talent reviews, and employee experience surveys.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with organizational/workforce data and providing regular leadership-facing reporting with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
•Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, conditional formulas, and charting.
•Experience querying databases using SQL or T-SQL.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and handle ambiguities.
•Strong communication skills and attention to data governance and privacy standards.
