Job Summary

Own product areas across BJAK’s finance super app, covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and more. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans—then partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. Use metrics, feedback, experiments, and production issues to iterate post-launch and make trade-offs across speed, UX, impact, compliance, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Transform complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations using data, feedback, research, and production issues.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Able to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
