Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution across Post Production teams by leading and developing team members and creating new processes and systems.
  • •Identify issues or roadblocks and quickly implement effective solutions across a large, evolving platform.
  • •Provide clear direction and support to ensure operational gaps are closed in a timely manner.
  • •Work with business partners to develop systems, metrics, reporting, and staffing models for post-production processes.
  • •Manage quality of internal and external vendors and lead onsite personnel at third-party production locations, including executing change management initiatives.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of leadership, people development, and operations experience.
  • •Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven track record of production process improvement and innovation.
  • •Proven track record of managing complex change across large teams.
  • •Ability to travel up to 80% and maintain high volume, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
