Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Support safe, efficient operations through strong stockroom standards and processes, moving dynamically on the retail floor

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to move constantly in and around the store and work an entire shift standing and moving
