Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately record point of sales transactions at the register, processing sales, returns, repairs, and assisting with opening/closing procedures with management.
  • •Provide high levels of service per Hermès standards including greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
  • •Support the Sales Team by providing cashier service and support as required.
  • •Process payment transactions (cash, credit card, and other forms) with high accuracy and compliance.
  • •Reconcile daily cash and other transaction balances, ensuring adequate cash flow and verifying amounts at shift start/end.
