Key Responsibilities

  • •Own subsidiary-level supply forecasts for specific DA product categories and ensure financial forecast achievement.
  • •Provide early warning and mitigation strategies for SEA and channel inventory risks and guide teams to address supply chain and financial risks.
  • •Optimize SEA inventory across warehouses and storage locations using KPI, real-time orders/forecasts, and channel sell-out.
  • •Lead allocation and fulfillment of available inventory to recognize and track revenue progress for the subsidiary, including inventory management for SEA and account channels.
  • •Manage a team of SCM PSI Planners and define/execute supply chain projects and initiatives; provide executive-level weekly briefings and reports.
