Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted counter-and-phone sales advisor for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers. Use product expertise to understand needs, recommend solutions, and drive sales through upsell and cross-sell. Maintain an accurate, organized counter environment while using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to locate parts and provide timely information. Process transactions, manage special orders and inventory activities, and support customer service goals alongside outside sales associates.
