Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize manufacturing planning and improve operational decision-making using AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights.
  • •Manage and monitor department KPIs and ensure accuracy of weekly plans in the 0-13 weeks horizon to meet demand and business plans.
  • •Coordinate site responses for plan changes, ad-hoc scenarios, and tactical support across the 0-26 week horizon.
  • •Interface with BE Central Planning, external manufacturing, FE SIC, supply chain, and procurement to support customer/supply requirements and cross-site processing.
  • •Manage daily inventory at starts and manufacturing lines; partner with site operations and operations improvement teams; build and coach a team of product planners and planning assistants to drive continuous improvement.
