Provide HR business partnership for employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation, including resolving escalated issues with employees, retirees, and vendors. Key Responsibilities

•Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation with recommendations based on company policy and practice.
•Respond to employee and retiree inquiries, provide consultative services, and coordinate with vendor organizations and Shared Services HR to resolve escalated issues.
•Support recruitment and onboarding, collaborate with leaders in selection, recommend compensation for new hires/promotions/internal adjustments using market and equity/budget factors, and update job descriptions.
•Coordinate annual HR processes (e.g., performance management, CMI, VPP, open enrollment) and support employee recognition and service award celebrations.
•Oversee leave of absences to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with FMLA/ADA, including guidance on leave processes, accommodation needs, and return-to-work coordination; prepare and assist with unemployment claims and hearings.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and two years of progressively responsible HR experience; or a high school/GED and four years of progressively responsible HR experience.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers to explain technical or complex concepts to individuals with little or no background.
•Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods.
•Advanced knowledge of software applications to create complex documents, reports, and/or graphics.
