Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end including outcomes and metrics, and prioritize a backlog by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness, third-party rail reliability, and failure/retry/refund behavior.
  • •Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend decisions with engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (e.g., licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency/privacy).
  • •Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop boundaries, evaluation approach, and safe behavior when unsure.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity and decisiveness.
  • •Solid system design skills (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes) and comfort reviewing and challenging technical design docs.
  • •Experience in a regulated or high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance, with an understanding of correct money movement.
  • •Hands-on LLM product experience: framing features as evaluable, designing offline/online human feedback loops, and handling hallucination/drift/data-gap scenarios safely.
  • •Strong English communication and ability to work effectively in a distributed international team.
