Concierge Associate

Serve as the front line of support for Garner members, guiding them through healthcare benefits and claims via phone, chat, and email. Educate members on how to maximize their benefits, steer them to appropriate care, and deescalate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with internal teams on cross-departmental issues, escalate member feedback, stay current on evolving procedures, and maintain HIPAA and data security compliance.
