Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inflight/lounge dining experience through end-to-end F&B policy reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasible implementation.
  • •Develop data-led implementation plans for inflight/lounge meal enhancements that balance customer experience, operational requirements, and cost efficiency.
  • •Consolidate and analyze customer feedback and social media insights to monitor F&B performance; conduct targeted analyses and post-implementation reviews to address emerging trends.
  • •Oversee SATS account governance including KPI and Joint Scorecard reviews, quarterly SLA submissions, case investigations, and monthly audits for compliance and quality.
  • •Develop and implement dashboards/reporting tools, streamline and automate team processes, and coach/mentor associates to improve team effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, Operations, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • •Relevant experience in customer experience, food and beverage operations, service quality, data analytics, project management, or vendor governance.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with dashboarding, data visualization, or workflow automation tools is advantageous.
