Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic programme leadership across a portfolio, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans aligned to governance standards and delivery methodologies.
  • •Act as primary interface with senior client representatives and drive programme governance, reporting, and performance management.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers delivering projects across the programme portfolio; review/approve key deliverables and governance documentation.
  • •Coordinate complex multidisciplinary projects and interfaces, manage risk/change control/issues, chair senior meetings, and present executive programme reports and performance updates.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years delivering major commercial, building, and civil infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Extensive experience using the NEC Suite of Contracts in a client, contractor, or consultancy environment.
  • •Proven experience delivering projects in the aviation sector or similarly operationally complex, live infrastructure environments.
  • •Track record delivering major capital infrastructure programmes with responsibility for cost, schedule, risk, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring Project Managers, with strong client-facing and leadership skills.
