Job Summary

Lead and manage air permitting and compliance for the Liquids (Terminals and Products Pipeline) business unit across U.S. operations and PM projects. Establish strategic priorities, deliver permits and compliance certifications, and develop compliance programs and systems. Monitor regulatory changes, assess applicability and cost/financial impacts, and coordinate responses with operations, project teams, legal counsel, and industry trade groups. Manage budgets, forecasts, and compliance-related communications and tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, direct, and manage OSG Air Permitting and Compliance managers and staff across Liquids business unit operations, PM projects, and other assets in the U.S.
•Deliver air permits (applications, amendments, renewals), emission inventories, and semi-annual/annual compliance certifications and related activities.
•Develop and implement compliance programs and systems, and enhance existing processes to meet regulatory rules and business goals.
•Monitor regulatory agencies and industry standards, communicate impacts of changes, and guide strategies to anticipate and respond to regulatory updates.
•Administer regulatory update/verification systems, manage budgets and emission fees, and coordinate permitting/enforcement matters with legal counsel and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Science or related field; advance degree and/or professional certifications preferred.
•10+ years of experience with environmental regulations and permitting requirements in the oil and gas industry.
•5+ years of progressive people leadership experience developing teams.
•Working knowledge of the Clean Air Act, Title V compliance requirements, source emission calculations (EPA procedures), air pollution control technologies, and dispersion modeling.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and communicate compliance rules and financials/budgets to operations and senior management.
