Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services, including nursing care, resident engagement, dining, housekeeping, and general maintenance.
  • •Build positive relationships with residents and families; promote an open-door communication approach and address concerns professionally and timely.
  • •Develop, implement, and administer the community budget; manage and explain expense variances.
  • •Oversee business-related activities such as bank deposits, rent recaps, monthly bills, and payroll.
  • •Provide leadership to departmental leaders and teams, including onboarding, staff training, and performance oversight with feedback and disciplinary actions in policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field (preferred).

  • •Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
  • •Ability to interpret financial statements and administer a community budget; meet state Executive Director qualification requirements.
