Build legal infrastructure and AI-assisted workflows that enable growth without linear headcount expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary legal advisor to the executive team on strategic transactions, governance, equity, and financing matters across a multi-entity global structure.
•Lead and manage M&A, joint venture, and strategic transactions, including term sheet negotiation, due diligence, and closing documentation.
•Oversee global real estate legal matters end-to-end, including acquisitions, development, permitting, licensing, operational agreements, and property management processes.
•Own end-to-end IP strategy, including patent prosecution, portfolio management, trade secret protection, IP enforcement, and product/engineering IP guidance.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary legal team, embedding attorneys as trusted partners and building OKRs and matter-management systems aligned to company milestones.
