Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy, optimizing stock levels to reduce excess/aged inventory.
  • •Implement and maintain inventory control processes, monitoring shrinkage and damage rates.
  • •Analyze historical data to predict future inventory needs, create demand forecasts, and recommend order quantities.
  • •Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement teams to align planning and execution and resolve inventory-related issues across networks.
  • •Develop SOPs, identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve instock performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience.
  • •5+ years of Excel experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
  • •Experience working with complex data sets and analyzing them to drive decisions.
  • •Experience using SQL and knowledge of statistical inventory control principles.
