Job Summary

Lead finance for the American Whiskey portfolio by delivering actionable insights and reporting on strategic aging barrel inventory. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Commercial/Portfolio Finance to support year-to-date actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Own monthly reconciliations and consolidated KPI reporting, conduct warehouse utilization reviews, track variances and cash risk/opportunities, and drive process improvements that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete monthly inventory reconciliations with local Controllers, resolving discrepancies.
•Prepare and report monthly consolidated barrel activity reports with standardized KPIs and insights; maintain consolidated inventory reports and lead reviews with operations.
•Lead strategic warehouse utilization reviews across owned and third-party locations.
•Review year-to-date strategic inventory reporting packages and prepare monthly fiscal year cash risk and opportunities reporting in collaboration with the Senior Manager, USW.
•Track bulk liquid manufacturing variances, maintain Bulk Sales tracker and key KPIs, coordinate standard cost setting (including wet goods costing), and lead year-end revaluations and cost allocations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,320 - 140,400

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA is a plus.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and/or operations, including financial reporting, inventory management, or strategic analysis.
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; can present complex financial information to diverse audiences and senior leadership.
•Proven ability to organize and manage multiple competing work streams simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.
•Demonstrated integrity and the ability to identify process improvements or new approaches that drive measurable business impact.
